She is survived by: her children, Bruce Higgins of Winder and Susan Latham of Marietta; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Higgins (Teri) of Winder, Meredith Bramlett of Marietta and Heather Higgins of Winder. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces/nephews.
