He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond James and Lula Mae Thrasher James; and his wife Wanda Shelton James. He is survived by: his son Eddie James; his daughter-in-law Andrea Breckwoldt James of Kennesaw, GA; his siblings, Billye Pittman (Harry), Beth Pitt (Jack) and Kevin James (Jonnie); and his granddaughters, Ava and Lily James.
