She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbra Adkins Smith and Oran Vernon Smith; her husband Ralph Filippini; her daughter Karen McGhie; and her siblings, Thomas Smith, Thelma Poole and Barbara Whittenburg.
She is survived by: her daughter Joan Filippini (Edmond) of Santa Monica, California; and her grandchildren, Richard, Jason, Natalie, Desiree, Sarah, Maneen, Jacob, Allison, Kathryn, Daryn, David and Mia. She is also survived by her 18 great grandchildren.
