He is survived by: his wife Claudia Hammett; his children, Lisa Preston, Eric Hammett (Paige), Nadja Silvey (Dan), Chris Johnson (Shanan) and Chad Johnson (Trish); and his sister Shirley Brideau. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in his honor to Wellstar Community Hospice.
