She was predeceased by: her mother Carrie Roberts; and her brother Sidney Roberts. She is survived by: her mother Juanita Sams of Bartow, FL; her aunt Eddie Mae Forsett of Bartow, FL; her sister-in-law Opal Roberts of Atlanta, GA; her sisters, Wanda Ricks of Atlanta, GA, Pearline Sams of Bartow, FL and Wanda Robinson (Ron) of Bartow, FL; and her godparents, Alvin and Gussie Pearsall of Bartow, FL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
