He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Hames. He is survived by: his father Clyde Hames (Kristi); his wife Heidi; his children, Julian, Nate, Ethan and Ansley; his sisters, Leaf Bean (Trey) and Tamra Koskinen (Justin); his stepbrothers, Kip Cornelius, Bronz Cornelius and Lane Cornelius; and his grandmother Margaret Eure. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
