He was predeceased by: his mother Molly Hooks. He is survived by: his wife Jane Hooks of Kennesaw; his son Brannon Charles Hooks (Geri) of Kennesaw; his grandchildren, Lanning Charles Hooks of Kennesaw and Paxton Allen Hooks of Kennesaw; his siblings, Sheila Hooks of Marietta, Irish (Ethial Jones), Brad Hooks of Nelson and Tony Hooks of Marietta; and his goddaughters, Cydney Jackson of Atlanta and Danielle Gardner of South Carolina. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Roper Funeral Home and Crematory (206 Holly St, Jasper, GA 30143). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel Church (14 Caring Way, Jasper, GA 30143). A burial will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Lake Forest Memorial Park (280 Camp Rd, Jasper, GA 30143).
The family will accept flowers or memorial donations may be made to Mr. Calvary Baptist Church in his honor.
