He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Lee White (Lisa Davidson White). He is survived by: his mother Christine Lindgren (Ralph); his siblings, Kevin Lindgren and Lisa Rzasa (Tony); his niece Paige Burns (Justin); his nephew Scott Rzasa; his mother-in-law Tressie Davidson; his brothers-in-law, James Davidson (Cathy), Dewain Davidson (Karen), Rodney Davidson, Gerald Davidson (Jana) and Keith Davidson (Paola); and his pets, Snuffy and Banjo.
