He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fowler and Eula May Batchelor (Wilson); and his siblings, Betty Jean (Howell), James Glen and Jerry Lynn Batchelor.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou (Winston); his children, Barry Joseph (Nicole), William David (Dawn Kristin), Timothy Wayne (Susan), Christopher Keith (Jennifer) and Kimberly Dawn (Tommy); his grandchildren, David, Adam, Jacob (Samuel Batchelor), Melanie, Sarah (Abby Batchelor), Daniel Batchelor (Emma Thomason) and Courtney (Avery Long); and his great grandchildren, Noel and Josiah Salley. He is also survived by his five children, 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
