He was predeceased by: his son David Underwood. He is survived by: his sons, Kirk Underwood (Amanda) and Will Underwood (Jenny); his sister Rosemary Chatfield; his wife Esta Underwood; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Madison, Cooper, Ella and Jake Underwood.
