She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Stanton and Lucy Guinn Stanton; her husband James L. Palmer; her grandparents, John, Myrtle Stanton, Frank and Jenny Guinn; her siblings, John Stanton, James Stanton, William Stanton, Marion Stanton and Carolyn Phillips; her mother-in-law June Bone; and her brother-in-law Marvin Bone.
She is survived by: her sister Jacquelyn Craig of Maryville, TN; her nieces and nephews, Lisa Bradley of White Pine, TN, Tara Carey (Brian) of Knoxville, TN, Jennifer Boatright (Luke) of Glenwood, Iowa, Daniel Phillips of Atlanta and Jason Stanton of Florida; her brothers-in-law, James Phillips and Ottis Bone of Georgia; her friends, Jackie Robinson, Andy Dean and Candace Darden; and her caregiver Sarah Panell.
