She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Robert Worrall. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Worrall (Karen) of Marietta, GA, Peggy James of Powder Springs, GA and David Worrall (Zori) of Acworth, GA; and her grandchildren, Robert Worrall, Stephanie Zack (Tyler), Mandi Hunter (Joshua), Kristina Lane (Brian), Meredith Sparks (Andrew), Jason James, Vanessa Worrall and Brendan Worrall. She is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara Worrall's memory to the Cobb County Humane Society.
