She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hershel Fleming and Gertrude Fleming; and her husband James Robert Melton. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Ranstadler, Vickie Melton, Pheadra Bright and Jay Meton; and her sisters, Molly Selman and Shirley Presley. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
