She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Horsley and Ruth Horsley; and her husband Robert Carroll Howell. She is survived by: her children, Janitha Howell, Timothy Wayne Howell (Michelle), Elesa Donham (Brent) and Rebecca Lilley (Kent); her grandchildren, Robert, Christopher, Steven, Lindsay, Melissa and Jackson; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Horsley. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
