He is survived by: his girlfriend Joanne Seay of Kathleen; his son Curt Gruber of Smyrna, Delaware; his granddaughter Jessica Gruber of Delaware; his great grandchildren, Bella, Anna of Delaware and Skyler of Nevada; and his siblings, Dale Gruber of Kathleen, Georgia and Carol Newman.
