He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Perkins and Viola Mae Perkins (Brown); and his daughter Christy Lynn Perkins. He is survived by: his grandson Preston Scott Alford (Haley Lynn Owens) of Charleston, SC; his great grandchild Kade Jackson Perkins-Alford of Charleston, SC; and his siblings, Bretta Perkins of Monticello, GA and Mark Perkins of Macon, GA.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel (2932 US Hwy 41, Fort Valley, GA 31030). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
