He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Clyde and Ola Mae Hipps Bedford; and his brothers, Carl Bedford, Hoyle Bedford, Earnest Bedford and Leroy Bedford.
He is survived by: his wife George; his child Tommy Sue Bedford of Dublin; his sister Bill McCain of Dallas, Texas; and his grandchild Dorothy Jean Mason (John) of Tupelo, Mississippi.
