He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Rhoads and Euna Whitehead Rhoads; and his siblings, Bill, Larry Rhoads and Carolyn Crouch.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Isbell Rhoads of Kathleen; his children, Debbie Yarbrough and Rev. Timothy Frederick Rhoads (Robbie) of Blountstown, Florida; his grandchildren, Shannon Scott (Ryan) of Charleston, SC, Thomas Yarbrough (Eileen) of Macon, GA, Joshua Rhoads of Dalton, GA, Caleb Rhoads (Brittany) of Warner Robins and Anna Rhoads; his great grandchildren, Sophia Scott, Isaac Scott, Isabelle Scott, Samuel Yarbrough and Sarah Yarbrough; and his sister Marilyn Kelly of Booneville.
