She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Cinque and Elizabeth Augusta O'Neill; and her son Stephen G. Meyer. She is survived by: her husband Col. Robert "Bob" Meyer; her children, Staci Ann Erwin (David) of Warner Robins, Shannon Merritt (John) of Perry and Nicole Burns (Robert) of Marietta; her grandchildren, Caitlyn Murphy (Buster), John Maxwell Merritt (Raven), Robert Cole Murphy (Rachel), Lucas Stephen Merritt and Mary Elizabeth Merritt; her great grandchildren, Abigail Grace Murphy, Jaxson Joseph Elliott, Murphie Laine Simmons and Brooklyn Marie Peek; and her brother Michael McKeon of New York. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.
The family will accept yellow flowers or donations may be given in memory of Catherine "Cathy" Margaret Meyer to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International, 26 Broadway, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10004.
