She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Morris and Annie Lorena Stubbs Anthony; her husband Leonard Phillips; her siblings, Sherman Anthony and Shirley Whitley; her son Leonard Morris Phillips; and her granddaughter Trinity Skelly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Skelly (Jon) and Christy Rigby (Kevin); her grandchildren, Brittani Maddox (Brandon), Joann Miller and Michael Miller; her great grandchildren, Baylie Maddox, Brantley Maddox, MacKenzie Gardner and Madison Gardner; and her sister Barbara Taylor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
