He was predeceased by: his father Julian Sydney Duckworth. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Daniels Duckworth; his daughters, Kim Ahlstrand (Steven) of Marshfield, MA and Lisa Baker (Terry) of Forsyth; his brother Kenneth Wayne Duckworth of Loganville; his grandson Eric Julian Ahlstrand of Washington, D. C.; his niece Joy Elizabeth Duckworth Gatny (Christopher) of Dallas, GA; and his nephew Christopher Lee Duckworth (Teresa) of Chicago.
