He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Justice Sr. (Matha Justice, Sr.) and Matha Ray Justice; and his brother-in-law Dick Breckencamp. He is survived by: his wife Anna Rhae; his friend Ron Haynes; his brother Arland; his sister-in-law Thursa Justice; and his sisters, Bea, Catherine Hoak (Joe) of Englewood, Barbara Brewer (Porter) of Newport and Mabel Roberts (Ron) of Juliette. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
