He is survived by: his wife Myshea; his children, Chance Perry (Apryl) of Clermont, Georgia and Kimberly Barber (Bucky) of Guyton, Georgia; his grandchildren, Colin Perry, Colton Perry and Madalyn Barber; and his mother-in-law Faye Lewis.
