He is survived by: his former wife Dina Willenbring; his wife Kathleen "Kay" Nielsen of Juliette, GA; his daughters, Paula Ervolino (Steve) of Peosta, IA and Amy Boston (Nathan) of Plover, WI; his stepson Mehrvarz "Scott" Yavaliollah of Milwaukie, OR; his grandchildren, Tanner, Natalie, Lauren Ervolino, Brooklyn Boston, Aiden, Freya, Solomon and Stuart Yavaliollah; his siblings, Carol Timmermann of Galena, IL, Patricia Weber of Dubuque, IA, James Schwendinger and Ronald Schwendinger (Marcella) of Bernard, IA; his in-laws, Karen Schwendinger of Epworth, IA, Elizabeth Schwendinger of Guttenburg, IA, Jeff Nielsen (Maureen) of Denver, CO, Tami Cross (Bob) of Kansas City, KS, Brenda Simmonds (Jim) and Pedasi; his nephew Chris Raymond (Anne) of Janesville, WI; his former wife Dina Schwendinger of Dyersville, IA; and his daughter-in-law Heather Bunting of Murrayville, GA.
