He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Dave and Rena Mae Wright (Martin); his wife Nettie Lee Wright (Seay); and his siblings, Joel Charlie "J. C." Wright, Rosa Lee Williamson, Effie Mae Snelgrove and Janelle "Nell" Stubbs.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Faye Wiegmann and Thomas "Wayne" Wright; his sister Jeanette Spires; his grandchildren, Michele Lee Ross, Tabitha Renee Tanner and Thomas Wayne Wright, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Trenten Zackery Tanner, Hunter Kane Wright, Brayden James Dobbins and Madison Raelynn Tanner. He is also survived by several nieces nephews and extended family.
