He was predeceased by: his father Coy A. Phillips, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Orlinda Phillips; his siblings, Kathy Phillips Pope (Rickey) and Coy A. Phillips, Jr. (Lisa); his niece Kalyn Pope; his nephew Chad Howell (Lauren); and his uncle Ray Phillips.
