With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Oren Gurley Jr. of Jonesboro, Georgia, who passed away on August 31, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Ann Spence Gurley; his parents, Thomas Oren Gurley, Sr. and Lois Eleanor Adams Gurley; and his brother Fred Parker Gurley. He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Gurley, III (Sheryl) of McDonough and Philip Gurley (Susie) of Powder Springs; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Gurley, Kristin Gurley, Parker Gurley and Peyton Gurley; his aunt Tillie Woodall; his cousins, Bob Woodall (Peggy) and Rachel Thomas (Eric); his nephew Joel Gurley (Gloria); and his great-niece Rogue Gurley.
