He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edgar Rawls, Sr. and Polly Casey Rawls; and also William Edgar Rawls, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cheryle; his children, Heather Rawls, Niki Rawls Brown (Dirk) of Powder Springs, Polly Rawls of Jonesboro and Raegan Houchin (James) of Peachtree City; and his siblings, Steve Rawls (Robin) of Jonesboro, Carol Grayson (Jim) of Marietta and Janet Harrelson (Alan) of Peachtree City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Of Jonesboro Worship Center.
