He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edgar Rawls, Sr. and Polly Casey Rawls; and also William Edgar Rawls, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cheryle; his children, Heather Rawls, Niki Rawls Brown (Dirk) of Powder Springs, Polly Rawls of Jonesboro and Raegan Houchin (James) of Peachtree City; and his siblings, Steve Rawls (Robin) of Jonesboro, Carol Grayson (Jim) of Marietta and Janet Harrelson (Alan) of Peachtree City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
