She is survived by: her grandchildren, Wendy Fordham, Carissa Atkinson, Sara Shumake, Clay Schrimsher, Lenard Simmons, Brandy Simmons, John Stevens and Jeff Stevens. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and several nieces.
