He was predeceased by: his father Charles W. Wingate. He is survived by: his children, Raymond and Kyle Wingate; and his siblings, Margaret Sweatman (Stephen) and Charles Wingate (Dorothy). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 4 nieces; 1 nephew; 8 grand-nieces and nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.
To adhere to the CDC guidelines of social distancing, only 20 people may attend the service. We also require that everyone in attendance please wear a mask.
