He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ellen Seay; and his children, Brenda Patrick, Patti Lane and Sammy Seay. He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Wiggins; his son-in-law Bobby Wiggins; his sons, Randy (Novie Seay) and Doug (Tara Seay); his son-in-law Mike Lane; and his sisters, Katie Patterson and Sue Johnston. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
