He is survived by: his wife Patricia Armstrong-Neace; his children, Susan Neace-Everett, James Matt Neace (Melissa) and Christopher David Neace; his grandchildren, Brittany Everett, Kahner Everett, Makynlee Everett, Kamryn Neace, James Matt Neace Jr., William Joshua Neace, Christopher David Neace Jr., Brandon Beil and Megan Wagner; and his siblings, Luther Neace, Bo Neace, Matt Neace Jr., Alice Parker, Norma Verst, Brenda Pattison, Doris Schmidt and Eunice Courtney. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
