She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Woodrow and Ruth Irene Brown Jenkins; her husband Troy Eugene Holder; her grandson Anthony Rogers; and her brother Reuben Walter Jenkins (Emily Jenkins).

She is survived by: her daughter Darlene Holder (Wayne Calhoun); her grandsons, Jason Rogers (Jennifer) and Broddie Calhoun; her great grandchildren, Lexii Lewis, Joey Stout and Tyler McMichael; and her brother Ronald Jenkins (Valerie).
