He was predeceased by: his father Michael Messick. He is survived by: his wife Tracey; his children, Joseph Kyle Strickland (Sevea Leigh) of Douglasville and Melissa Nichole Messick (Nery Lopez) of Conyers; his mother Joanne Messick of Williamsport, PA; his sister Pamela Paulhamus (Steve) of Jersey Shore, PA; and his brother-in-law Daniel Smith of Jonesboro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
