Hix and Ethel Shaver Hix; her spouse William'Bill'McElhannon; her sons, Kevin (Cyndi), Keith (Angela) and Mark (Lisa); her grandchildren, Kevin, Matthew, Christina (Kendrick), William, Kenneth, Cheyenne (Andrew), Johnathan (Madison), Sierra (Josh) and Savanna (Austin); her great-grandparents, Niko, Addison, Westlyn, Cori, Paisley, Lillian, Lucy and Veda; her sister-in-law Ruth Hix; her brother Alvin; and her daughter-in-law Lisa McElhannon.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ford Stewart Funeral Home Inc. (2047 Hwy 138 SE, Jonesboro, GA 30236). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (5755 Mallory Rd, College Park, GA 30349).
