She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Albert and Carrie Wells (Rooker). She is survived by: her husband Dr. Henry Thomas Blackaby; her children, Dr. Gerald Richard Blackaby (Lisa) of Jonesboro, Dr. Thomas Wayne Blackaby (Kim) of British Columbia, Dr. Melvin Duane Blackaby (Gina) of Stockbridge, Dr. Norman Charles Blackaby (Dana) and Carrie Blackaby Webb (Wendel) of Jonesboro; and her siblings, Dr. Melvin Wells (Gloria) and JoAnn Hopper. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
