He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Starr Justice; and his brother Donald Justice. He is survived by: his son Wayne Justice of Jonesboro; his sister Faye Pope (Jerry); his nieces, Cheryl Davis, Cecilia Joshi and Marcy Nelson; his nephew Jason Pope; and his great-nephews, Jack Davis and Nicholas Joshi.
