She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard and Elizabeth Howard; her husband Horace Ford; and her sister Ella B. Howard. She is survived by: her children, Sabrina Phillips (Wil) and Chris Ford (Tiara); her grandchildren, Jaquavious, Jasmine, Javari, Chris Jr., Jaden, Tristan, Torrien, Tyree, Tianna and Tania; and her cousin Catherine Terry of Forest Park, GA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
