He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Harbin and Benjamin "Benji" Harbin; his wife Dawnne Harbin; his grandchildren, Jacob, Savannah, Isaiah and Payton; and his siblings, David Harbin, Diane Stalnaker, Peggy Augsburger and Amy Oliver. He is also survived by family, extended family, and many friends.
