He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin G. Blissett and Lori Sticher Squires; and his brother Ricky Blissett. He is survived by: his wife Hilma Stephanian; his daughters, Rachell Digsby (Scooter) and Rhonda Rogers; his grandchildren, Jake Dalton, Brayden Digsby, Danielle Gaines, Jeremy Gaines and William Rogers; and his siblings, Steve Fuller, Angela Thompson and Connie Sikes. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
