He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Charles Jr., Richard Samuel and Lillie Louise; his niece LaVon Walsh; his caregivers, Ksha and David Vaughn; and his extended family Leslie Smith. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, a host of Nieces and Nephews, extended family, friends and caregivers.
