He was predeceased by: his adoptive father Robert Oris Sipe; and his sister Judy Sipe. He is survived by: his wife Julie Smith Sipe; his children, Richard Heath (Michelle) and Rebecca Heath (Lee); and his grandchildren, Lee Henry Irby IV, Makayla Irby, Savannah Jones, Shaun Jones and Logan Heath. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
