He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Jolly and Hoyt Jolly Sr.; and his sister Wanda Jolly. He is survived by: his wife Terry Jolly; his children, Hoyt Jolly IV of Jonesboro, Christy (Brian Lueke), Melissa (Mickey Manfredi), Michael (Alejandra McLendon Jolly) and Angela Nicole Jolly of Jonesboro; his sister Gayle Jolly Templin of Houston; his brothers-in-law, George Martin and Al Martin; and his grandchildren, Giselle Manfredi, Michael Manfredi, Cadence Lueke, Melody Lueke and Madison Jolly.
