He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Jolly and Hoyt Jolly Sr.; and his sister Wanda Jolly. He is survived by: his wife Terry Jolly; his children, Hoyt Jolly IV of Jonesboro, Christy (Brian Lueke), Melissa (Mickey Manfredi), Michael (Alejandra McLendon Jolly) and Angela Nicole Jolly of Jonesboro; his sister Gayle Jolly Templin of Houston; his brothers-in-law, George Martin and Al Martin; and his grandchildren, Giselle Manfredi, Michael Manfredi, Cadence Lueke, Melody Lueke and Madison Jolly.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Ford Stewart Funeral Home Inc. (2047 Hwy 138 SE, Jonesboro, GA 30236). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Ford-Stewart Funeral Home (2047 Hwy 138 SE, Jonesboro, GA 30236).

“RIP My Chi Phi brother and college roommate for three years. You were the reason I came to Auburn which changed the entire trajectory of my life. Your passing has brought back many memories since we have history back to 1966 when we met at the Westover AFB golf course. You were the best man in my wedding and I in yours.
