We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2022, at the age of 85, Grady Burnett Newsome of Jonesboro, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cemp Burnett Newsome of Atlanta and Lillie Allen Newsome of Atlanta. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne R. Newsome of Jonesboro; his daughters, Cheryl L. Bentley of Alpharetta and Kelly Hockett (Darryl) of Hampton; and his grandchildren, Brett H. Bentley, Jr. of Alpharetta, Bryan C. Bentley (Janelle) of Alpharetta and Karissa M. Hockett of Hampton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and grand fur babies.
