He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Woods and Marion Woods. He is survived by: his wife Ellen McKee Woods; his children, Michael Woods (Wendy) of Strongsville and Jennifer Shullih of Live Oak; his grandchildren, Anna Averette (Curtis), Tyler Woods (Destiny) and Austin Woods; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Macie and Addyson.
