She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Y. Sibley and Lillian Turner Sibley; her husband Earl Rainwater; her son Terry Rainwater; her granddaughter Kristy Davis; her siblings, Dorothy Lee, Wade Sibley and Robert Sibley; and her great grandchild Ryan Hayes.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Davis of Jonesboro, GA; her granddaughters, Kim Montgomery of Jonesboro and Kelly Hayes of Stockbridge, GA; her great grandchild Jon-Erik Montgomery of Stone Mountain, GA; her adoptive parent Pat Brown; and her sons, Jason and Allen Brown of Lithia Springs.
