He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Smallwood Hornsby; his son Robbie; his daughter-in-law Kathy Hornsby; his grandchildren, Gage and Garrett; his daughter Tonya Hornsby Smallwood; his grandsons, Matthew and Clayton; and his brother Curtis Hornsby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
