She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Edna Reed and John Henry Reed; her siblings, Theodore Reed, Orville Reed and Idell Reed; her children, William Lee Foster, Jr. (Deborah) of Oklahoma City and Marva Sue Jackson; and her grandson Jamel Siraj Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Michael Foster of Manhattan, Richard Alphonso Foster (Cleo), Scott Kendall Foster (Farrah), Margaret Gayenell Noel (Orin) and Georgia; her siblings, Elsie Lights Houston of Texas and Bobby Reed Reed (Vergi); and her husband William Lee Foster. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and Nine great grandchildren.
