He is survived by: his wife Judy Hembree; his daughters, Dawn Fields and Kathy St. Clair (Kenneth); his brothers, Thomas Hembree, William Hembree and Cecil Hembree; his grandchildren, Edward Fields, Jr., Ashley Ellison and Jake Saxon; and his great grandchildren, J. Shon James Fields "JJ" and Irene Elizabeth Fields. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
