He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Thornton and Madlyn Thornton. He is survived by: his wife Anne Thornton; his children, Jason Thornton (Tiffani) of McDonough and Mindy Pearce (Sheldon) of Baxley; his grandchildren, Amber Thornton, Cassidy Thornton, Savanna Thornton and Brayden Pearce; and his pets, Zarr and Oso.
